Hello friends,
im from Georgia (tbilisi)
I'd like to share my story with you and hear your thoughts...
The topic is about e-commerce.

A few months ago, I independently created a project. I fulfilled my dream and now have a ecommerce website where all types of household appliances are sold locally.

I have a very fast delivery service. (I delivered the last order in a maximum of 3 hours). The site has a beautiful design and a loyalty program (point accumulation).
I only sell high-quality products, which come with at least a 2-year warranty. (I want the customer to receive the best quality and not a low-quality item that will break in 2 weeks)...

To cut a long story short, I'm very depressed about the fact that there are no sales.
Only 3 products have been sold. I run ads very frequently in the ads manager. money is being spent, but there are no orders.
My service is really 10/10. In my opinion, I have everything set up properly, but the store is frozen.

A week ago, I started posting interesting videos on TikTok with voiceovers. They are short story-style videos about tech news (like "Which was the first laptop?" etc.).
I want to attract and befriend people with this.

I don't know, I'm really very depressed about this fact and maybe you could write me some advice. What can I do, what should I change, how should I act...

You are on the right track but your business model is lacking.

Setting up a website with all types of appliances is great,
but only delivering to your local area doesn't work because
the local economy isn't strong enough to support this, or
you may have other local competition.

When you sell online, you normally ship your products to
wider areas and sell to people who have money.

Sometimes when starting a new business, it doesn't work
perfectly, and it must be improved upon until it does.

This isn't something to be depressed about, you just have
    to do more work.

Take these things into consideration, revise your strategy,
and give your business additional effort.

If you have any questions, please post them here.

    A couple things I noticed ...

You have a loyalty program. Is this really the type of niche where consumers make multiple purchases? I guess it depends on the appliances you are selling. Toasters and blenders, sure, maybe, but dishwashers or ovens, probably not.

Again, I have no clue what you are selling but I don't see the point in TikTok videos about the first laptop. That's not your market, unless your definition of a "home appliance" is different than mine. Your videos should be geared toward the people looking for your product. If you are selling toasters, maybe something about toasters, microwave ovens, air fryers, etc. would bring you far more targetted viewers.

You need to identify and target the audience very carefully before running the ads. Also do SMM and SEO for your business. It 'll help a lot.

A good ecommerce host will get back to you with in 1 hour. If they respond quickly, is the reply friendly, does it answer all your questions and is personal? If so you can move onto the next step. Go for a medium sizes web host and I guarantee they will provide more personal help and be more willing to assist you in your needs. Happy using GTHost dedicated hosting. They offer over 20 server locations to choose from. Hope this helps.
