Ecommerce success

Hi Guys, I am a mobile marketer and just got my first client(wheel and tire shop). I am helping him set up a new site and market some of his products and services such as wheel alignments. Also, he wants to get into Ecommerce, which I dont have a whole lot of experience in.

My question to you guys is I am kind of struggling with what type of selling platform to use? I have already started an ebay store, but I am also thinking about doing a direct store on his website, shopify, and or amazon.

Has anyone else set up a product sales campaign for themselves or clients? If so what software, sales platforms, sites did you use that gave you the best results. Also, if anyone can recommend any literature or teaching guides as to how to set up successful product sales campaign it would really help me out. Thanks!!!

    Use wordpress and a good plugin is all I have to say, stay away from a traditional shopping site and use worpress. Oh I said that, use wordpress.

    I've used, umm ecart and minicart I think there called and was pleased with both. I think that is the names of them.

    Plenty of free ones though to get started.

    Use wordpress
    target keywords for local market
    make sure his site is listed on google business page, and google map
