Not sure if I'm in the right place...If I were to design a webpage (homepage) in css and php with header, footer, sidebar, and content area (grid style) where could I have I have it made into a WordPress theme that would support WPZon Builder. I've been buying themes left and right and not one really worked for me. I know what I want; I can construct it with divs and css but not sure how make it into a theme.

    Check out underscores.me, the site allows you to create a minimal wordpress theme with no styling and minimal coding, you can use it as a base to build your own custom wordpress theme. Customize the files, add some css, you will be done.
    If stuck somewhere, google for more info and tutorials on building wordpress custom themes.
