Sites with Amazon Plugins?

Can you actually make money buy building Amazon sites using Wordpress plugins such as WP Zon?

Has anyone here had any success?

    I own several amazon related sites.. (ex: tagselect.com) they bring some money here and there and now and then, but nothing that will make you enough money as to replace your main income source from my experience, etc. In my case it is good to pay for some 2-3 days vacation for me once a year or so, that is all.
    But hey! it is not completely passive.. Promotional work IS required and unless you use the right plugins, promotion methods, etc, etc Do not expect to make around a couple bucks every month or so..

    I'd rather go for some mix of web services offered locally as many have found to be a good option with some nice income potential too!
