Help with my new website-Looking for a designer

About 4 months ago I was injured and couldn't work my full time job as a fireman so I took to my office set out to design a website to earn a little extra money. The first few didn't do anything but they were a learning tool. I finally got an idea from a product I bought from China that hasn't really hit around the world yet.
Android mini pc's are a little thumb drive sized PC that plugs straight into your tv to bring full android to your TV for around $60 usd. So I made a few YouTube reviews and they were very popular. So then I got the idea to design a support forum and promote it on my YouTube videos: MaxPowers611 - YouTube.

I'm very happy with the traffic and posts but I have bigger ideas for the site. I'm obviously not a website designer and would like to ask the pro's for their advice on my website.

I would like help with the graphical part of my site and making it easier to navigate. I need help with adsense also, It was making $10-20 a day but my cpc has decreased dramatically so optimizing adsense is a top goal. Also I want to setup a store on the site where I can dropship from. Any advice is greatly appreciated. If someone out there thinks they can rescue my website please let me know. I'm back to work full time and do not have much time to work on it.
