Setting up info product affiliate program

Hello this is something that has really done my head in for a while.

I have an info product that will sell from my website as a download.

Basically I will be approaching online tool stores to promote my product to their list for a commission using an affiliate link.

When someone buys through that link I want paypal to automatically pay that tool store owner (pretty basic so far).

I also have an Icontact account. When someone orders on paypal I want them to automatically to be instantly added to my Icontact customer list for support and marketing emails and removed from a prospect list if they were previously signed on.

This is basically it. I will aslo be using s2member with paypal to let buyers into the download area of my site.

If anyone out there knows a reliable contractor who can assits with the complete set up of this system can you please contact me. I already have tool companies ready to go but need a good technical guy to help me set up the site and backend integration between all the different softwares.

I have the sales copy, I have the product, I have the marketing expertise. Now I need someone with technical know how to help me move this product online.

Also any suggestions on how much this would cost will be helpful too.
