Can anyone recommend a yelp clone script?

Looking for a yelp clone script or wordpress theme. I have found one but I don't trust anything written in blog comments so I figured I would ask.
I would mention which one I found but I am new and I don't want mods to think I am promoting.

Any experienced advice would be great

I was researching about a plugin for WP to provide me with a Geo Directory features as with CitySearch, Yelp and any other local engine.

My research ended up with GeoTheme for WP. There are other themes available such as Vantage by AppThemes, GeoCraft by InkThemes and others.
