Will it be considered as a paid link

I have made a search widget for an e-commerce website and placed it on other website related to my website to improve my traffic. I want to track the traffic from that widget. If I put tracking codes in that widget, Google will detect this. So, I am not sure if Google will consider this widget as a paid link. Please help me with this. Thanks.

    I personally don't care if Google detect and treat it as a paid listing, seems no problem to me! What could be the issue if Google detects it as paid listing?

      If google detects it's a paid link, it may affect the rank of my website.

    I don't think it is going to effect that rank of your website. Google itself offer paid listings(Google adwords) and many many eCommerce stores are using these paid listings to get traffic to their stores and there are no threats to their rankings IMO.
