affiliate software that works well with wp-ecommerce?

This is not a wordpress plugin but you don't need it to be a plugin to work with your wordpress site. The needed elements do work in wordpress.

This software uses PayPal's Adaptive API to pay affiliates, partners, brokers and affiliate managers instantly at the point of purchase on every sale.

If you need a shopping cart, it uses PayPal's shopping cart. It will do single payments, subscription payments, subscription payments with trial period, dimesale solutions and Kunaki solutions.

It has unlimited membership levels and can centralize your business by managing unlimited websites on an unlimited number of domains. It can also manage unlimited websites on one domain.

It will build the affiliate list in your autoresponder and automatically create your buyer's lists.

You mentioned something about a helpdesk and it has a very good helpdesk.

It does upsells and downsells. As many as you want to risk adding to a sales funnel.

The affiliate tools area has more tools than any other software and automatically adds the member or affiliate's links to the tools.

If you use digital products, it protects all your products from being ripped off.

If you need to drip content it can do it in several ways. I have not even begun to explain all the features this software can supply.
