I have a website, a product to sell and a credit card processor - Authorize.net. I need to have a credit card acceptance page created that will integrate to Authorize.net.

My product is a custom product so the checkout page needs a considerable amount of detail. Has anyone used a CC interface company that can handle this type of form?

For reference I have a mockup at http://www.wespn-tv.com/Payment checkout.html

Thanks in advance.

Are you going to use a shopping cart, such as Magento or ZenCart?

If you don't have an eCommerce solution already identified like the ones ShaggyMax mentioned, you'll need to get one ...

Or you could use a form-builder like WuFoo -- I don't use it currently, but have in the past. It will allow you to build super-custom forms similar to the one you linked to ...

It will also allow you to capture credit cards and process them through Authorize.net.

While it's not a traditional eCommerce platform, it gets the job done well for custom projects like this one.
