Hi, you can create a buy sell website using wordpress, and use the "cart66 lite" or "woo commerce" plugin for a shop within wordpress.

Both plugins are really good.

I'd recommend using "woocommerce". They have a solid reputation and a handful of beautiful templates specifically for their ecommerce plugin. It should be the easiest way to get started with Wordpress.

WordPress Themes. Find their free themes here:

As for how to build the website, you can find training on
how to do your keyword research and how to build your
website for free on a website i built here:

I wrote a blog post tutorial on how to do this about a month ago using the free plugin and themes from Woo Commerce

There is no optin, affiliate links etc and the tutorial uses only free resources specifically WordPress, woo commerce plugin and free woo commerce theme

But Unfortunately, it is not the right theme that I wanting. Actually, I want such a thing, where every body will be able to post or provide ads of their Old or new Product.
Like, Camera, Car, Laptop, TV, Computer etc.

yes you can find some free template and than use woocommerce plugin or wp-commerce plugin and install it on your website.
