If I am looking at this correctly this is not a merchant account but a prepaid credit card for consumers (and business) to use. In this case, you as the merchant would never actually know the customer is using the system, it would just show up as a regular Visa transaction.

Entropay is a Virtual Credit Card Service so NO it CAN'T be used for accepting payments of any kind.
