Logistics

So I'm getting closer to launching my ecommerce company. There's only one part I haven't figured out yet and that is the logistics part.

The best case scenario would be never to have to see the products so basically I need a logistics provider that's 100% outsourced.

What would be my options in this case? Is it drop shipping or some other kind of solution? And logistics provider has to be located in Europe.

    When I was importing from China I used a company called Hellman Worldwide Logistics.

    They would:

    - Pick up my containers from the port
    - Check inventory against the PL
    - Warehouse the items
    - Ship them when I told them to

    They literally do have distribution centers "worldwide" so you can contact their offices in Europe for quotes if interested.

    I am curious as to why you would prefer not to handle your inventory? Are you personally located outside of the market you are targeting?

      I would prefer it, obviously. But the company is being started as a bootstrapped operation so we'll focus at we do best first - which is selling. Once it makes sense financially and organisationally the intention is to move those things in-house. Or maybe not, if the drop shipping works flawlessly. Which I doubt.
