1)An acceleration process.When a c/s rep can not come up with a solution, it should be acceleration to a more experienced rep until it is solved. It took me 9 months to solve a PP problem that was ONLY a problem because of the language barrier. Anyone that spoke English as a 1st language and was from US would have understood.
