How/Where to find Long Form Ad Creation tools

I've noticed that a lot of products and services utilize really long, single page websites that are full of testimonies, images of proof of payment, success stories and the like...Where are the templates or sites I can utilize to create one of these myself?

An example would be any number of products promoted on Clickbank. Just wondering where I can go to get one created or create one myself. Any help would be great!

    to do your own, a WP theme such as Optimize Press might be helpful for a start. Or you can outsource this on one of the freelance sites.
