Merchandise is ground stores. % ???
I have been approached to place some of my merchandise in a few small shops in town. Do any of you have any experience in this process? She, the shop owner, asked me to think about selling my a few of my products through her and she would speak with me later regarding percentages. (I am assuming she means percentages to her for carrying and selling my products.) Now, what are the pros and cons of doing this, and what is the typical percentage? 3, 5, 10, 20, 30% ? I never intended to sell through a ground store, but it does make me curious.
