The all in one ecommerce platform?

I just stumbled upon this and it sounds real good. I'm just not sure how reliable it is, but u-haul is a big company and they work with this company or own it I'm not sure.

It has a fully integrated payment processing system with 1.29% with no hidden fees, like where would you ever find that !

It pretty much has everything you would need to have a ecommerce business set up. Only one thing I noticed is, no such addons, no community of users for help, and no themes/templates, not sure if it's open source so we can modify it but it seems to be web based so that seems limited.

What do you guys think?

You own a self storage facility? Sounds great if you own one. Won't help you run an ecommerce store but cool. If you want a fully integrated system, check out Americommerce. Not the easiest to use but I have been surprised at how full featured.

Uniecommerce is all in one platform to sell the products and service online. Combining group deals, online auction, social commerce, mobile apps, etc.
Seems a bit pricey for what you get... And only 60 days of support? You would think for $1200 you would get a years worth of support and updates. Doesn't look like its PCI certified either...

OnlineStoreHelp is right. Americommerce is a very good platform. I evaluated a dozen of them late last year and they finished #2 on my list. I ultimately went with BigCommerce for four reasons:
          1. Big Commerce has five times as many free templates to use and, like Americommerce, they can all be customized.
          2. Product attributes/options were easier to use and update in BigCommerce.
          3. I did not feel comfortable with having my customers' credit card information stored on-site, which is what happens with Americommerce. Although they are technically PCI compliant, like all bad things in life, you are just one evil person away from a major problem when people at your company, at Americommerce or even a hacker can access the full credit card information for every one of your customers.
          4. Americommerce charges you extra to install an SSL. BigCommerce does it for free.

I love BigCommerce and it is my go to platform and a hell of a lot easier to use than Americommerce but, they are missing a few things which makes me use them from time to time.

Wholesale - For wholesalers it is pretty amazing platform. It is where BigCommerce falls a bit short. That being said, my wholesale customers work in PO's so no credit card info is stored.
Recurring/subscriptions - If BigCommerce just did recurring/subscription orders I would have a hard time suggesting any other cart. That is one reason why Americommerce stores the card, they allow subscription business.
Integrated Everything - Autoresponder, affiliate program, bonus points. I wish BigCommerce had either an in cart affiliate program or like Shopify, integrated with Widgify for affiliate payments. You can plugin with the networks (linkshare and such) but starting out, a bit expensive.
Slow Back End/Slow CS - I have gotten all my questions answered but they are a bit slow getting back to you. What I have noticed, they are great if you know exactly what you want. The admin panel is slow.

Yes, you are absolutely right. There are certainly things Americommerce has that BC doesn't. It's like I always tell people when they want to know what the best cart is, you have to try them all because "none of them have everything!" Whatever you are using is going to have a few things the others don't and vice-versa and nobody is going to be able to give you the perfect advice because it is all very niche dependent and different people need different things.

And, it was a close call between the two. In the end, I just felt like things were a bit more smooth with BigCommerce - especially the help and support (man, is Americommerce's Knowledge Base confusing!). I've never had a problem getting fantastic support from BC over the phone with less than a five minute wait time.

As far as the affiliate thing goes, The Omnistar Affiliate plugin app works very well with BigCommerce. It's not very expensive either.

Your last point reminded me, not only was the back end slower in Americommerce, the front end was too. It took nearly twice as long for webpages to load with Americommerce. This is also a problem with Magento solutions.
