Best CC gateway?

Its hard to find a review that has an honest agenda....they promote who THEY want you to buy. Anyone have a good Credit Card Gateway they are happy with? I like good rates but dont want to lessen service for a $1 or $2

I can read reviews all day long about how good someone is then the next article does the complete opposite.

Who do you guys use?

    I assume when you say CC gateway you are referring to a merchant account provider (which includes an integrated gateway)?

    This blog post explains the difference between a gateway and merchant provider. They go hand-in-hand but are actually completely separate and unique services.

    My highest recommendation would be Durango. They have competitive rates and zero sign up fees, but their #1 priority is customer service. I've never had another payment provider that I can call and always get an actual person on the phone. And not just a human, but an extremely helpful and friendly person that actually cares about my business!
