How and where to buy site and articles?

Hi All,

I am a newbie to this forum - joined about 2 minutes back.

I really hope you guys can help me with this question(s).

1) Where/how to buy the sites that can make some passive income ($100+) a month.

2) What is the best place to have someone write articles for you (based on your own theme). What is the cost (average)?

As you can see I am new to the site building and have NO technical background. I hope you guys will pardon me if I have asked a question that was answered before.

Thank you and am excited to be here!

The Warriors for Hire section in this forum has plenty of great writers who can help you achieve that goal, depending on your budget, of course.

As for sites where to make passive income.... I am sure there are some around but they won't be truly passive as you need to work to set them up to begin with.

I would urge extreme caution in your journey. A lot of things shine but most aren't gold

Lame pun aside, there are some good resources here but a lot of people are just trying to make money off you and offer little value in return. Feel free to run any sites you are thinking about buying by me if you want, I will give you honest feedback.

You can check out flippa.com for sites as well, there are good websites for sale there (most are junk same as anywhere though). Need to keep in mind that to buy a site that will make you $100+ a month (already made) the person parting with it will have to give up $100+ a month in money they are already making. That kind of trade is going to cost some decent money. Also typically that kind of site does require a limited amount of work to keep the money coming in.

Lot of wisdom in your words. Shows you have been around doing this for a while.

Is there a place where I can learn the basics of these so that I am not that novice with the terminology/usage?
