Im order apparel items in the amount of 1,000 first order. Selling products online. Once products are boxed is there a dropshipper i can send them to which will handle the storage and transaction? Is there anyone that handles small amounts like this? I will be sending them notifications everytime sale is made via email. Thanks.

    Hi,

This is not my line of business, but I feel sorry for you that nobody has answered.

The problem is that you have gotten your terms mixed up. You are not looking for a dropshipper. You are looking for an order fulfillment service.

There are many of them who do just what you want. Do a Google search for "order fulfillment" and you should find plenty. I know that a lot of people use Amazon for this, and all the reports I have seen are positive.

I hope you are buying from a manufacturer and not from a wholesaler. The profit difference can be massive.

Also, make sure that you have found a reliable supplier and that you are not risking your money. If you have found your supplier on one of the popular sourcing sites you should be very careful. Make sure you check them out thoroughly.

I don't have a ton to add except what channels are you selling on? If you sell through ebay and Amazon, you can always have Amazon fulfill it. You just have to send it to their warehouse. There is also shipwire and others but here is the smart thing in my opinion.

Look for a local fulfillment company. There are tons of them around and there might be one where you can just drive the inventory over to them. I found one where my mom lives that had this huge warehouse but because they did mainly POS buildouts they were charging dirt cheap rates for storage and you could piggy back on their Fed Ex and UPS discounts.
