    This is an interesting question, because there is no hard-and-fast tool that eBay has that says how many exact searches a certain keyword is getting.

    However, if you have a store subscription, you can see how many people are searching for your items based on certain keywords using the Omniture software that eBay employs.

    However, if you want to see day-to-day trends on what are the most popular keywords being searched for PER CATEGORY, then I would suggest using a tool found in the eBay labs called the Catman tool.
