When trying to sell to someone overseas, what steps do you usually take to vet the company you are selling to?

    What is your concern? Getting paid? If that is the issue insist on payment in advance. If that is not possible use an escrow service.

      You really can't vet them. Don't invest more than you can afford to lose unless you use an escrow.

      Payment in advance or partial progress payments.
