Negotiating Dropshipping Terms with Suppliers

I'm dealing with a smaller niche that does not do too much dropshipping. In that case, when I called he asked if I wanted to buy wholesale or dropship. When I told him dropship, he said that because I don't have much risk and liability, we'll have to work out the terms.

What are some points about drop shipping I can bring out to get the best terms with suppliers?

    You want to try to establish credit terms (you can pro actively do this by negotiating early on future credit after x number of sales).

    You want to make sure he an handle the quantity you are estimating selling.

    And you really want to hammer on getting the price as low as possible (definitely make sure you are bringing in a decent profit when you are doing your early stage validation)
