Shopify Secure badge or no badge at all?
I'm in a quandary. In Shopify, I cannot get a GeoTrust security badge, since I have a unique domain name. If I were to have Shopify as my domain provider, I would have the ability to use the GT badge, but I don't. I can't get another SSL certificate in order to use a seal like, VeriSign, Godaddy, etc., since my store comes already set-up with an SSL, and any additional would cause issues with my checkout page. One option suggested is to use the "Shopify Secured" badge, which I have access to. Some have suggested that it's better to have something than nothing at all, while others have said, "if you can't get a recognized badge, leave it alone." I already have the gateway provider seal, but that's it. What would you do? How do you have your store set-up?
