When i sell my product, it happens that some users want a refund. Since I have a refund period, it's obviously no problem to do this and I've never made any problems of refunds...

Unfortunately some users just don't get it, and go to paypal and create a dispute/claim.

when they still go ahead and create a dispute/claim without contacting me first, I just refund and put this person in my buyers blacklist so that this situation doesn't happen again.

I was wondering how you guys handle this situation.... and if there is a better way?

I always find out exactly what the issue is first, as i run i clothing store most of the time its a refusal of a return because of the condition they sent it back to me in. If it's that first add them onto my blacklist so they can't chargeback again, then ill just send paypal all of the details of the transaction and the terms which the buyer agreed to when they purchased goods and why i didnt accept the return in the first place. This is a hassle but its better than giving someone a refund when they don't deserve it.

If they do and do it for no reason, then why don't you just email paypal with screenshots of the sent item that way you have solid proof.

    Shouldn't have issues then.
