Sell phisical product on Amazon OR eBay OR my own shop site

I'm in the UK and I have found a hot physical product and I have sourced a supply direct from India.

In your opinion would I be better off selling it though :
> Amazon
> eBay
> My own website
> another method

    Ebay and Amazon work best. It's very difficult to make money with your own e-commerce store unless you're selling something that nobody else is selling or your store has built up a solid reputation. People are cautious about buying outside of marketplaces. They need the feedback system and the buyer protection.

    putting it on ebay and amazon you will get a lot of eyeballs (traffic) seeing it. with your own website you have to do all the promotion to get people to see it. as much as ebay has high fees, it does have the traffic that you need to get people to see and buy your product.

      I think there's a little more to it than just getting people to your website. Your e-commerce website must look extremely legitimate in order to make sales. And even then people will still prefer Ebay or Amazon because of the feedback system and buyer protection.
