Drop shipping smoking accessories?

Hi all newkid here

I would like to drop ship smoking accessories particularly vaporizers. I would be open to offering other items but the vapor would be the focus. I've done a lot of reading on here and other sites and I and really into this niche, It may be super competitive but oh well I'll have to work at it.

I applied for tax id and registered assumed name (still waiting on that) I've decided to go with a hosted platform. My site is not up yet but I have searched head shop drop shippers (I've got about for manufacturers that I need to contact soon).

I have been working on this for about 2 months now with researching and I feel a little overwhelmed, there is so much to know.

What are some good ways to market as far as social media? I would also like to market by word of mouth... I have a few travel trips coming up where I could pass out business cards things like that.

Any advice or suggestions to anything I've mentioned would be greatly appreciated please

    I have a reliable supplier for ecigarettes here in China, so you can send me a MP if you want to compare to your dropshippers - chances are the price might be cheaper.

    Unfortunately the market you're getting in is pretty saturated .. but i'll use a good dose of Social Media and SEO (especially blogging & blogpost), that's what people in this market usually do ..

    I would try and work social media around a blog that you host on your site. If you can do something like this, it'll really do wonders for your SEO situation and your presence in the Google search rankings.

    One of the best ways to do this is to connect with a marketer/blogger whom you can pay to run a blog and social community based around your website. The tools that you need to do this are pretty cost-effective; your main expense will be paying someone for their time and expertise if you don't have the ability to do this yourself.

    Like these other posts have mentioned, though, the way you represent yourself on your site and in your marketing materials is going to determine the legal (or illegal) slant that your operation takes. So take care, in that regard.

      Thanks for the suggestions... I will definitly try blogging, I enjoy writing so that is a plus.

      Now my issue is finding a payment gateway. Vapor is high risk I've discovered and I've read about accounts being frozen etc so paypal most likely will not work for me.
