Poster Dropshipping from China

I've got a small business that I'm running out of Beijing, China at the moment. I produce very large (A0, A1) size posters to help people learn Chinese characters. The website is here Hanzi WallChart
It's ticking over nicely but I want to get it automated so I'm not running around hauling poster tubes to the Chinese post office every few days. Also, the weird shape (long poster tubes) means that my profit is being sliced up by postage costs.
I'm looking to automate. Right now I'm talking with some poster printers down in Shenzhen/Guangzhou on Alibaba. Their MOQ are all around 1000 which is fine. Most do not offer fulfillment/dropshipping though.
My question is if anyone has had experience shipping posters or long objects (swords, washing poles whatever) from China?
Failing that level of specificity (!) can anyone recommend a good dropshipper from China who provides warehousing/fulfillment at a decent cost. Then I can chat with them about the specifics of long objects. I've got a few options but would love a personal recommendation if anyone has worked with any good companies over here.
Alternatively I can print in China and send to a dropshipper in the states or Europe. Currently my customers are roughly 40% US, 40% Europe/World and 10% in China (where postage is practically 0 and my profits are wonderful). I'd prefer to work with one fulfiller who can cover the world, unless that is a dreadful idea and I should be looking at one per continent.
This is my first physical good business - the rest have been digital - so any pointers would be hugely recommended.
