Blind shipping question on returns

if a company offers a wholesaler dealer program with blind shipping what happens in an event where the customer returns the products for defects? does the returns go to me?

  • Ask your wholesaler. It may/can be different for each wholesaler, and you need to find out for your specific partner.

  • My experience has been generally the return will go to the company that shipped it. Watch out for restocking fees! (this is common in this industry). Occasionally I've worked with drop shippers that have asked me to take the return and resell it. It depends on who you work with as was mentioned above.

    • thanks for the reply. i figured it go back to the shipper. but it defeats the purpose of the blind shipping tho. ll ask the supplier.
