Selling iPhones online - What should I focus on?

I'm selling iPhones online today. Would like to know what you think about selling such an expensive product online?
Is it like selling everything else?

I think that I might need more credibility when selling iPhones compared to selling an E-book for like 39.95$

Something special that I should focus on?

    Honestly, I think this will be tough.

    iPhones are a commodity. There's plenty of demand, but there's also plenty of competition, and not much room to move on price.

    I don't think the high price is an issue - people know what an iPhone is and trust the Apple brand. The tricky part is how you make money from it.

    The only way I see it working is if you treat iPhone sales as a loss-leader to build an email list, and then make your real money by cross-selling other products or some affiliate stuff.

    I probably wouldn't do it.. Apple has their supply locked down pretty good and they're very good at managing prices across the board.. buy low sell high!

    I can buy iPhones in USA and sell to other countries where an iPhone is about 100-400 USD more expensive.

    I'm focusing on PPC first and to find people/affiliates with an already established email list with proper prospects that I can sell to. We split the profit.

    I can market the iPhones on classfied website where people in general search for iPhones in these specific countries.
