Custom Ebay Store Setup

Hey guys I have been looking everywhere and I just don't know where else to look so I was hoping someone here could possibly help me out.

Either any ideas on how to customize the ebay store front or maybe point me in the right direction for the following:

So long story short I build custom computers on the side from home that I sell on craigslist and I want to expand to posting them on ebay, but I want customers to have the option of upgrading the hardware before they make a purchase. I have called ebay to see if they have a template for this but they said that the stores that have this are using a custom html storefront.

So I went and searched every possible keyword phrase that could help me find this but I have had no luck at all.

Here is a few examples of what I am looking for:
