Need some honest feedback on latest ecommerce store

Picked up this domain on Flippa for rather cheap recently due to being a nice exact match and related to the wider jewelry niche.

filigreebracelets.com TL;DR - need feedback on whether or not this is ready to be sold to someone interested in running ecomm in this niche (dropship).

I need some honest feedback on the site. It's built on Prestashop using a modified theme (I use Prestashop for most of my ecomm sites these days). The reality is I don't plan on keeping it because I have little (absolutely zero) experience in this niche and therefore no interest in developing it. I have two dropship suppliers on there now and have signed up with 2 additional ones ready for the data to get completed.

I am starting to get indexed though and getting some organic traffic. In addition I've built up a Facebook page with 300+ fans and my Twitter followers are steadily rising (I anticipate having over 500 soon). I get some clicks through from Pinterest as well.

Long story short - is this something a person looking for an ecomm site would want to buy? If not why and what should I change.

    Not a bad website. However, I would suggest a cleaner more professional looking logo.

    Oh yes sorry I meant to admit the logo is just a terrible placeholder I made a couple nights ago. Thanks for the feedback. I need to make another, I've put it off as I don't enjoy it because I'm not great at it and too cheap / impatient to pay others to do them lol.

    Filigree is basically a style of metal / silver work made with tiny beads or twisted metalwork.

      if i may provide my honest opinion.

      The (grey) background doesnt belong here, for me its too casual for here. The layout of the site is nice though, easy on the eye to navigate. However, the font is not bold enough and reading stuff is a chore. The pictures are great and nicely done.

      I would only change the background (make it more professional looking, which the photos are so match them up and make them happy!!!) and the font style (looks too messy) and colour of font.

      Other then that, i like what you have and good on you.

    Neat site but kind of lacking soul and not really talking to people.

    In my opnion it needs a bit more of a personal touch - like it's written by the biggest fan of Filigre Bracelets in the world.

    Unless you're a big brand that people know already it's my belief you need to keep it high on content and low on store pages, if you know what I mean.

      So just a few things.

      The colors are nice but maybe change the background to something more feminine.

      Header has a big white square so something isn't rendering right.

      The follow us in your footer is kinda sitting there by itself. Move it to where you have the Payment widget, move the PayPal logo to the footer (right justify it to your copyright), add in your credit card logos.

      No terms and Conditions - Add
      No shipping and return Policy - Add
      No privacy Policy - Add

      Products - Need more descriptions than a 1 line description.

      Small theme glitch. When you go into a product, the related products (depending on number of lines of description) add to cart buttons are not lining up. nit picky I know...

      Yes please have a new logo made...

      Check your load speeds. Not sure if it is the hosting or theme specific but load speeds are a bit slow for a prestashop store.

    TL;DR - I've put into place some of the suggestions, have many to add still, and would love another round of feedback.

    Ok I've implemented some of these great suggestions, many thanks for the input and your time! I still need to create quite a few CMS pages and a blog is coming (I think that will help with the "soul" part of it?).

    I also need to get the social buttons into the rest of the footer, align the add to cart button on "similar items" on product pages, and get rid of the ugly splash effect in the slider and the bottom left (forgetting where those are stored at the moment so I'll address when I have an extra 3 minutes). I kind of like the white background - never been a big fan of backgrounds in general but open to suggestions.

    There is a lot of room to improve product data work but that's not something I'll be investing time into until the site is at a point that I feel and you guys agree that it's ready to get some visitors going to it. That's when I usually start spending the time going through and manually working on those pieces.
