Is it right that selling items are in stores on ebay or amazon?

I don't quite understand your question, but if you mean that you have a real "store" and want to sell items from it on ebay/amazon, then yes, you can do that.
If you want to sell items from other stores that you haven't bought yet, then no. That's not a good idea.

I don't know about Amazon, but you surely can on eBay. Remember though, eBay shoppers know the price of things and can use search engines with the best of them, so when they get to your items, they will know the price. If you're selling above or the same price as everyone else or in a store, why should they buy from you? In order to make sales you would have to offer your item at a low enough price where you add the shipping, that it's still lower than what they can get it elsewhere for less... yet have enough profit to cover eBay's and PayPal's fees.

I've bought merchandise from stores that dropped their prices considerably due to changes in inventory because of the changing seasons... like winter items going on sale because spring is coming. Or summer items going on sale because fall is coming, etc.

If you see an item that looks like a good deal at a store, check that price vs what eBayers already sold them for. Then you'll know upfront whether you should buy the item or not. If the price is close, ask for a manager and ask if you can get the item for less. You'd be surprised how often you'll get an on sale item for even less.

      Hope that helps.

Not everyone on eBay is that savvy. That's at least my experience. I've made my money selling same item you can find on other websites for cheaper. Not everyone knows about every website out there

But it's like with anything, you have to find your winners.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I'm guessing (correct me if I'm wrong) you mean is it possible to sell items on Ebay or Amazon that you bought at a store? If so, the answer is YES! This is part of the business model I teach. It's call "arbitrage" (buy low, sell high) and it's a fantastic way to get started selling (or make a full time living!)

If you're asking "is it right?" as in "is it legal?" It certainly is. The first sale doctrine allows one to sell what one legally owns- including anything purchased at a retail store or elsewhere. This can be done without a business license, without signing a contract/agreement and with no relationship to a wholesaler (though I recommend you get a Tax ID as it will prevent you from paying sales tax on items you are reselling)

Finally, I noticed there was a comment about "price shopping." I was very surprised when I found this business model because I believed the same thing- everybody "comparison shops." This is (surprisingly) not true. I have picked up countless items AT RETAIL PRICE and have sold them for 3 times as much on Amazon (and Ebay, but Amazon buyers tend to pay a premium for the convenience). It's very possible. I've never had anyone complain that it was cheaper somewhere else. It seems once somebody buys and item, they rarely go BACK to see if there was a lower price somewhere else- they just enjoy their item.

    Hope this helps!

EVERYTHING is on ebay or amazon. So yeah go ahead. Offer better services, and similar prices.
