Greetings my fellow warriors,

My topic what I posted yesterday got deleted... I'm stuck with my online store. Everything is setup, everything is working, we are just not generating sales. Its been few months now when we first launched, we have added new products with great prices, discounts, coupons, running blogs with unique content. We are bringing in pretty much no traffic, 10-90(max) unique visitors per day. Something seems to be wrong or we are going on wrong direction. Its hard niche to deal with(consumer electronics - tablets, phones, computers, cameras, accessories) and hard to compete. I would like some great advice to promote, drive in traffic and generate some sales with low budget(with around 300-400 $). Looking forward to some advices from more experienced members.

    Unless you put your site URL, no one will be able to see how it looks like.
    Have you checked designs of your site; is there anything which is stopping customers from buying you?
    What sort of traffic you have; is the traffic you have targeted one?
    What sort of pricing you have?

    There are lots of things you need to analyse before you come to conclusion on why people are not buying.

    Its not just sending traffic to some site and you expect people to buy from you.

    You would need to provide them quality and win their trust on your site before they place order.

    I hope if you come up with bit more details of your site, many members will give you some good tips and advices.

    Well we are new around and not with huge budget to run some massive campaign. Traffic is mostly coming from local search engine, some google, facebook, few other sites around, nothing major. Have not ran any SEO because have no idea which one and how to move on so there would be as little wasted bucks as possible, because there are many SEOs around who claim to know and do everything but no results. I have done simple things myself such as directory submissions, bookmarking, social media, blogs...
    We are targeting mostly EU for audience. We also provide quality chinese products for low-cost.

    Site looks good and trustworthy (which was my first concern). So let's focus on traffic.

    I've seen you have estonian language up there. I'd suggest you to try and run some campaign on facebook for estonian market (I'm sure there is less competition than whole Europe.) Offer people a coupon (like 10% off) if they like you on facebook.

    Also target estonian google. Do seo campaigns for estonian keywords as there is so much less competition. Once you build some presence on your local market, then try to expand to others.

    I would try mainly facebook for estonian market.

    Thanks again for honest opinion. Yes company location is Estonia. It's my first online store I have build up. Trying to increase authority for the site. For estonian market, competition is not so tough as it is in other EU countries but there are other concerns like importing. Estonian customs are not good when it comes to importing stuff for example from China. They are used to hold the product and delivery time is increased even if we are offering free express shipping.
    Other than that, products are pretty expensive as You have noticed(products from well-know brands), most people here are not wealthy and peoples average income is around 400-800 € which is really low if it is compared with other EU countries(UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland etc). That's the reason I have now started looking for more cheaper products.
    We are currently running discount coupon(5% discount on all tablets) but not done facebook ads, as I'm not marketing specialist, I'm bit confused about running correctly FB campaign.
    In facebook I can run campaign and target more countries than Estonia right ? But its way more expensive right ? Might start with few countries than whole EU.
    The problem why I'm posting this thread in first place is that I have ran out motivation, ideas and concerns if it will pick up some traffic...I know that its been up for few months only but its hard niche and really hard to push it through.
