Wordpress Plugin To Hide Admin Nav Features (back-end)?

Title says it all...

Anyone have suggestions on the best and most up-to-date plugin for wordpress that allows the master admin to hide certain BACK-END ADMIN features/functions displayed in the WP Admin panel (left nav bar) for a new user admin that will be created.

I am delivering a client site built using WP and need this functionality for the client.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Most of theme are dead or not closed sad to say. I am also looking for this me codecanyon might have a solution?

Its the only one that I show that does what I need.
But thiere are free ones like
http://wordpress.org/plugins/webriti-custom-login-page/
and
http://wordpress.org/plugins/ag-custom-admin/
that free and does the same as the paid one. If this helps why not say thanks
