Website 1 - Ecommerce( amazon,zappos,style.)
I am trying to find a simple website template that allows me to offer products /pricing and an image. Something similar to zappos or superbrightled.

Website 2 & 3
I'd also like the option to have 2 alternate websites with the same layout and a different domain than website 1. Website 2 & 3 will have the same domain, but the products & pricing offered will have varying pricing depending on the customer. (I'd also like to be able to keep track of the url and price offered to a customer on a specific page.)(sometimes a customer will request pricing on a quantity of 10 of product A and we will markup 25%, and sometimes the customer will request pricing on product B at a quantity of 400 and I'd like to mark this up maybe 4%.

For example Id like to offer a line of products to a specific contractor with a specified markup.

On the backend I'd like to have:
A checkbox for product A,B,C,D and be able to select A,B,C for customer 1 and A,B,D for customer 2. Id like to be able to send them a link for this page and product pricing/offering that is specifically made for them. The ability to enter a range or scale for pricing on a product depending on quantity would be nice.

Is there a Template for something like this?
Any direction would be great. I would be interested in someone else doing the work for this template, but I'd like to know what I'm working with as far as a user interface and customization is allowed without turning this into a full blown overkill website /database project.

THANK YOU!

Its not totally clear what you are trying to do but I think you want the same products on different sites with different pricing and different quantity discounts.

If so its not a template that you need. You need a shopping cart system. Magento (and probably other high-end carts) can do this and there are many consultants who can set this up for you.

I want a simplified version of amazon/zappos site. I will offer just LED lights.

I want a separate site that is used for clients/electrical that has no relation to site 1. I would like to be able to offer links to customers so they can see their personal pages and costs.

contractors/companies that will be purchasing for me at a small margin that is adjusting on a job basis. However there will be a set price that I can guarantee that they have, but it won't be their best price considering quantity lowers the cost.

I want to stay away from paypal/ebay related endeavors bc/ I don't like the fact that when you sell on ebay you lose 10% cost of product after ebay + paypal.

Isn't Magento an ebay/paypal company? Or should i not worry about this when it comes to cost.

I would like to speak to someone that is interested and experience in creating this type of site so I can iron out my goals and hire them to build it. So if anyone is interested and skilled at this particular endeavor feel free to contact me. Thanks.

I do think that what you're describing is a bit more intensive than something you can achieve with a plugin.

One of the best recommendations I can think of is to figure out what kind of platform you want to use in building your site -- whether it's WordPress, Magento, Bigcommerce, 3dcart, or something like that -- and then find a developer or get in touch with tech support about building out that functionality. Something like Magento, which is open-source, might be your best bet when it comes to finding a developer who can create something as specific as what you're after.

        Hope this helps!

Is shopify a good option. I have just started looking again for a solution and i went to odesk and the live chat guy was recommending shopify. I am planning on going with Magento and then hiring a developer. Anyone have any objections to this? Thanks again for your help everyone.
