Affiliate begginer guide

Hello, long story short ive been on eBay awhile and sick of them, sick of amazon sick of working for these places like I'm their employee.

So..I'm considering other options. I will still sell collectibles on etsy, they seem less draconian and possibly create my own site soon.

However I really would like to create income in different ways. I've looked into Internet marketing CPA networks etc and i want to do that, but at the moment cash is tight to be blowing it on trial and error in that field.


Soooo..I was think affiliate marketing might be a better solution right now, but I'm at a loss on where to start to learn. I know I can affiliate for amazon and even eBay and I guess there is lots of affiliate programs.

Can anyone recommend a beginner guide? Searching on google you never know the validity or expertise of the systems you run into and I know here you guys are very legit and smart =}

Can decent money be made with affiliate systems?

    Actually, there's more than one answer to your question, as there are different ways of making money as an affiliate. My advice is twofold. First, whatever you decide to do, focus on building lists of subscribers that you can turn into buyers. This will give you a long term asset that you can market to again and again as long as people remain subscribed. Many people, myself included, waited years before they began to build a list and have many regrets because of it.

    Next, this topic looks like it would do much better in the main forum. Even though you have a past in Ebay, Amazon, etc, you're looking for a future in AM and most of those members hang out in either the main forum or very specific types of marketing forums for those doing CPA offers, Offline Marketing, etc.

        Actually, as I've learned in my offline endeavors, the money is in the "relationship" with the list. That seems to apply online as well.
