Ok so,

I saw in this free WSO last week how this guy would dropship from various companies to eBay buyers. I thought this was cool, so I made a new eBay account and listed 2 product bundles I found on Newegg. I was all excited, went to bed, and woke up the next morning to see that my account was suspended indefinitely. Of course, it's impossible to get ahold of eBay...so I don't even know why specifically I was banned.

Obviously, people are dropshipping. Is there some other workaround that I missed?

I'm new, :confused::confused:

    If truly that is your attitude about it, then most likely something similar may happen again and you will fail.

    That is sorta foolish to think like that you know? Use their support or some other means to get in contact with them. It's not impossible. LOL! Why lay down and die? At least make a good effort before you give up! It's frustrating at times to try and get a hold of them, but make it a point it's something you will figure out and you will. Simple.

      It's weird that you assumed I didn't make a good effort. And while I wait for the results of the efforts i did put forward, was just curious as to whether or not anyone had any insight. a previous experience, maybe. But thanks for the motivational speech!

        Hello adjhart,

        I'll "assume" you're talking to me, so with that said...

        I'm sorry if you thought I assumed you didn't make a good effort. It sorta looked like you didn't from the way you typed it and that you gave up too soon, when in fact you probably gave it a good go before you posted this thread.

        Good luck and keep tryin' to get a hold of those f&%$#*#! LOL!

    "I made a new eBay account and listed 2 product."

    What did you expect? You violated the TOS.

        It is likely because you created a new account and listed 2 items in the electronic category which is a common series of actions performed by scammers. You were likely suspended systematically. Also, if you used the same images from newegg for your listing, it could have been caught systematically, and because you are new with no previous sales experience, it raised some red flags and you lost your account.

        99% of the guides regarding dropshipping are scams wrote by people who build a business model and way of selling things on theory. (IE: If I sell 10 items from this seller for a total of $6.00 a week per item, and with 10 items that $60.00, then if I find 30 more suppliers, then someone could easily make $1800 a week!)

          This seems like the most plausible theory. As I read through the TOS I didn't see anything that I did wrong.

        Your answer is as smart as what you did to get suspended...

        Read the TOS.
