It includes livechat and heatmaps but the thing I am loving about it is that it records visitors when they're on your site.
You can then watch these videos and not only see where the customer clicks but also what they read, where their mouse goes and what they scroll right past.
It's a great way to see what visitors are looking at (and what can be improved) on your own stores.
