Woocommerce Shipping and Canada Post

Hi

I would like to know if anyone has used the Canada Post Plugin from Woocommerce

I am selling posters and books for now. I ship posters in a tube that is 30x4x4 LxWxH. I want to charge 3.00 dollars for ever 5 posters sold to the same location. I have created variations but I cant seem to add a handling fee, kinda like how you do with shipping classes

Any assistance would be appreciated please
