I would never settle for a tiny margin like 30% discount.Buying direct from manufacturers overseas provides much bigger profit margins than people who buy from dropshippers or other wholesalers can ever dream of.

Dealing with overseas suppliers won't be a worry when you know what you are doing. It is not like buying locally but it can be quick, easy, and painless.

Hey Jay,

Since you talk about Private Label i'd assume that you want blank cases with your brand/designs printed? You can very well do that but would require to shell out some kind of moola to get them do that and they will have MOQ as well. That would suit of you plan to get them at wholesale and ship them yourself.. if you are looking for later you can find many from China through DHGate, Aliexpress etc that can do.

Those trait-tech.com guys have an expensive shipping rate.
A simple mobile cover will ship to the US for $4.56 by Singapore post (and that's the cheapest option).
I know for a fact that such things cost under $1 by China Post. They don't even offer the china post option.

I do know some good manufacturers / suppliers over here in China. The dropshipping part is hit or miss but I can arrange that for you if necessary (I live in Shanghai). You'll have to send me a list (via PM please) of the products or at least an idea of the type of accessories you're looking for.

Quick suggestion: There's nothing wrong with this niche, if the shipping cost is reasonable. The price of these accessories are very low and you would need to order thousand set bulk to break even all the effort and money spent. It gives small revenue yet there's a lot of work to do and perhaps an extra to pay if you ask the supplier to add the label for you.

The cheap ones are from China, and just like what the others above just said, the shipping and handling fees can be a pain.

There are other stuff worth re-branding, items that you can sell for a much higher price.

Have you checked that the certifications you refer to are genuine? There is widespread forging of certifications in China. If they are not genuine you will be taking a huge risk.
