Paypal puts a hold on a payment for 21 days, so you cannot withdraw the payment until day 22.

I've used skrill 2 years ago, I don't remember they put any hold, but they might have changed today. And btw withdrawing from Skrill to your bank comes at a fee (not entirely sure, but I remember something like $15, it's a fixed fee). And I guess this fee is applied by your bank, not by Skrill.

"Immediately" takes several days... It's an electronic transfer between Skrill and your bank..

Yes, if you have verified your account, you can place a withdrawal anytime you want.

Last time I checked bank withdrawal fees were $3-4, not $15.

I explained that your bank may apply an incoming transfer fee of about $15

I don't think this is the case. I have received lots of transfer from skrill and my bank never charged me anything.

The problem MIGHT be different. If your bank account is, for example, in Germany, and your skrill in USD, then here is what happens.

You have $135 that equals €100.

You start a transfer, and skrill takes away $3 for the transfer

Then, since your bank account is in a country where EURO is the official currency, the money are sent to your bank in EURO instead of USD. Which cause additional charges, as your money go from usd to euro to usd again.

If, however, you get a VIP account with skrill, you can avoid this problem.
