They have a list of suppliers and they act like an interface between your store and supplier and mange stocks. Anyone tried them or a similar service?

I'm also considering Inventory Source. They are not drop shippers, but rather, a service that connects you to drop shippers and manages your inventory listed on your site, ebay, etc. It seems like a good way to automate a bunch of listings at once. I think one has to have an account with the individual drop shippers first.

I just tried Doba for 2 months and about to try Inventory Source. Doba's dropshippers are quite a few but the wholesale costs are even more expensive to retail on ebay! I could source the same products on amazon for cheaper! Their push platform is ok but you still have to go into the item after its posted on ebay to fine tune it. There is no template that you can use to push the item and make it look professional. Their push is just the item pictures and plain text. Really ugly looking. They can only push to ebay and to ebay stores. Inventory source has other platforms to push to I read on their website. I'm about to upograde my Inventory Source account from free to paid!

  • Hey There,
We came across inventory source recently, but only by happenstance, can't say we've heard anything good or bad. I work for a multichannel inventory management software (ecomdash), and we’ll always hear from customers what companies and solutions didn’t work for them…so inventory source could be ok. If you’re looking for options, ecomdash may also accomplish what you’re looking for on the back-end data side once you're setup with a product to sell - not for setup (like pure ecommerce or inventory source exactly). We handle the digital communications between a seller and their suppliers/dropshippers, and store the specific formats for each supplier that purchase orders need to be sent in - once you start selling. We also automatically track and update your inventory in real time, across multiple sales channels, so you’ll always know what you have, and where it’s selling. Good luck!

Inventory Source seems like a good approach for online sellers who want a more hands-off approach.

If YOU want to be the one managing your inventory, listing, shipping, and everything else that goes into selling online, something like Solid Commerce might be a better fit.

We'll help you manage your selling on multiple sales channels (marketplaces and webstores alike), putting everything into one single interface, so you can manage your eCommerce operation all by yourself, from one place.

    Hope this helps!
