What steps did you take to grow your site?

So far I am on bigcommerce just running Google product listing ads. I am looking to do more SM, blogging, email marketing, and get more products.

Those who have grown large successful sites please share some steps or ideas on how to grow..

    Just follow some tips to grow your business, the three main things that really make a sense to grow your website are define a target audience, make a group to whom you want to target, create some specific and new thing in your website that people generally like and help for growing your website, define a physical and measurable response, just get a good news for your website that really helps to grow your website, because marketing is different from sales, it is all about reading the sign and adjusting for higher response.

    Take the following steps to grow your site;

    1) Optimize every aspect of your website I mean on page contents and web page copy.
    2) Start a blog and publish fresh and unique contents regularly.
    3) Start out on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and many more.
    4) Start an email outreach program.
    5) Run ppc ads on Google adwords and Facebook.
    6) Guest post on some other and high authority blogs.
    7) Create some great visuals such as Videos, Images, Infographics and other stuff relevant to your business.
