For this you have to searched for solution on Google. And for Zen cart platform there is an official template store available for this where you can get many free as well as paid themes.
Software you are looking to manage your all stores are also you can get from the given website. Go to plugin section or modules and searched for your best suited plugin.

    Good Luck!

A quick Google search lead me to this Zen Cart multi-site module: MultiSite Module - Zen Cart® Plugins and Addons. I can only imagine it will be of help to you.

    Good luck!

I use opencart which handles multiple sites easily. You can have different themes, different layouts, etc.

I would recommend against using Zencart for this. Like others have said, I would use Opencart which handles multistore quite well or realistically, this is when Magento should be used.

Zen Cart is long in the tooth and the themes available are not nearly as modern as they are for Opencart or Magento. Getting a responsive theme to work on Zencart is difficult. I have a customer on Zencart right now and the only reason we didn't change it out was due to him not wanting to reinvent 7000 SKU' in 6 different store fronts.

Magento is quite good for a configuration like this. Once you get the hang of Magento setting up new stores is simple and quick.

Make sure you get a good Magento host (like nexcess.net ). Otherwise you will not be happy with the results on a cheap server especially if you get decent traffic.
