Good american fulfillment centres?

I'm looking for a recommended fulfillment centre in the USA, who won't charge the world, but are reliable and trustworthy.
I've come across one that charges 60dollars a month maintenance, plus $1.75 per order (excluding shipping fees/monthly storage fees).
I will have to charge the shipping fees to the customer, or take the hit myself.
What do you think about these fees? Are there any fulfilment companies you use/can recommend?
