Fashion Dropshipping

Hi All,

It is only recently I got to know about WarriorForum. Where the hell was I? I read through the forum and found a lot of resourceful data.

I have previously sold various goods on eBay for close to two years in India. We am now interested in selling fashion, apparels, accessories. I would like to find a dropshipper who can send it directly to my customers in India.

Found quite a few good products that we can sell from aliexpress.com, Dhgate, dx.com unfortunately the shipping is too expensive. With delivery time of over 30 days through china post, I will not be able to sell. A paid shipping comes close to $20+ which again does not work. Tops and dresses are something like 7-15$ for a product like that 20$ on shipping will not work.

Can you suggest on website where we can these types of products and also get a cheaper shipping which will also be delivered in 7-10days? Have seen Aramex will deliver in that timeline and cost of shipping through them is also cheaper but found that aliexpress users does not use that.

Can the veterans here suggest website from where I can buy?

    Yes, fashion is an old school industry - word of mouth. If you can find it online it is likely fake or very low quality - obviously it depends on whether you are selling brand or generics. There are exceptions but bascially you need to do it the hard way - go to trade shows - lots of calling - meet distributors etc. No shortcuts in the fashion industry, it is too important and makes too much revenue to be easy - companies like Net-A-Poter and Saks have 200% & 300% markups respectively.

      I am looking for dropshipping, so I am not too sure how trade shows might help.

      Can you suggest website from which we can buy? Also if you might know of shipping which will cost lesser. That was the larger interest.
