AWS Account suspended

I few years ago I hosted a website on AWS, I had stopped and switched to Godaddy in 2012, but stayed a Amazon Affiliate.
Now I am trying to setup Prosociate plugin for a new webstore and part of the setup needs a AWS account.
When I tried logining into AWS it is telling me my account is suspended. I have a trouble ticket in with AWS.

My question is Can I have an AWS account with a different email as my Affiliate account?

    If you haven't used your AWS account in a while or have not sold any products within a reasonable time, they will shut down your account. All you have to do is reopen a new one. It's normal procedure for them to do this.
