Dropping problem for my online store

I am studying to open an online store soon using dropshipping model. I will place order in aliexpress.com from different suppliers. My concern now is when customer placed items from 3 different suppliers. As a result, they will receive 3 packages in the end. Do you think it is a concern to my customer. I had 2 solutions, 1. in term and conditions, tell customer that they may received item packed individually from other items. Or finding a hub to combine the items and ship to customer by the end. But I think it would even more time consuming, since using aliexpress.com, customer already needs to wait 20 days or more to receive their products. What is your comment on this situation, especially for those existing dropshipper running same situation using more than 1 supplier. Thanks!

Try to find suppliers who won't include identifying info (literature/logos on boxes). If you can't find this, then simply compose a form letter that is emailed (or letter that is sent) to each customer letting them know where boxes will be arriving from. No reason to ditch the drop shipping idea, especially if it means making your customer wait longer. Just be open with your customers as they've already paid.

For instance: "You will be receiving three boxes from our suppliers including: Item one (details of contents) Item 2: (details) Item 3 (details).

That's just an example and as you know more about your business, you could fill in the blanks better.

It shouldn't be a problem. It's pretty common when ordering online to receive different packages on different days that are from the same order. I routinely receive multiple packages from Amazon when I order. Just let the customer know the ETA for each package.

I would let the customer know that it's coming out of three different warehouses so it will be a slight variation on delivery for each item.

That should not be a problem. You will find most customers buy only one item that you would supply from one supplier. Besides, in business you win some and you lose some. Don't try and satisfy everybody. Go ahead with your plans and don't let this hold you back.

      Thanks Hydraman!
It same as what my friend told me who selling Lego. It would have many customers when you start your own business, surely you would not satisfy all of them, but you would still earn some money, just sell to someone who like your products and service is enough.
