One important thing that most listbuilders miss out on is retention and communication. That is key to keeping you subscribers engaged and responsive. Personally, chatting with them via email or group Skype twice a week helps wth this aspect..

  • I think definitely Skype can help in certain situations.

    Personally, it is something I just do not do. I weigh things here and there and it is not on my List.

    I know having a Blog (with URL link in each FU and Broadcast) can also keep your List fresh and engaged as well.

    There are a number of things you can do .

    Creating Forums is another one some list builders do to stay in touch with their Subs on a more intimate level.

    Although I must admit I have my reservations about its effectiveness, but some swear by it.
